4 黑饭寿司
(甲)材料: 小黄瓜1条 榨菜5克
芦笋1条 黑芝麻粉1茶匙
红萝卜1条 苜蓿芽10克
养生黑饭(作法同上)
(乙)调味料:四物醋1铁匙 沙拉酱少许
糖1茶匙
(丙)作法:
1 四物醋加糖拌匀,与黑饭拌匀。
2 苜蓿芽洗净。小黄瓜切长条。榨菜 切条
状。红萝卜切长条, 与芦笋川烫后 备
用。
3平台上铺上保鲜膜,把黑饭铺在保鲜纸
上,将红萝卜条、小黄瓜条、榨菜、
苜蓿芽排在黑饭上,撒上黑芝麻粉,
挤上沙拉酱,把保鲜膜卷起成圆筒 形,最后切成3公分宽的寿司。
1 Black Rice Sushi
(A) Ingredients:1 Japanese cucumber
1 asparagas 1 carrot
black sesame powder 1tsp
alfafa 10g Sichuancai 5g
black rice (cooked)
(B) Seasoning: siwu vinegar 1 iron spoon
some salad cream
sugar 1tsp
(C) Method:
1 Melt sugar in siwu vinegar, add into black rice and stir well.
2 Wash alfafa. Cut cucumber into long stripes. Cut sichuancai into stripes. Cut carrot into long stripes and boil for 1minute with asparagus.
3 Spread a sheet of clingwrap on the worktop and put a thin layer of black rice on it. Arrange carrot stripes, cucumber stripes, sichuancai stripes and alfafa in the centre, spread some black sesame powder and squeeze some salad cream on top.Roll up and cut into 3cm thick slices.
