1 凤梨黑饭(3个大人1个7岁孩子)
(甲)材料:凤梨 1 片、 毛豆25克、包菜25克
养生黑饭
*黑饭作法:
1 熟地50克、何首乌50克、甘草1片,
加 三大碗水,用慢火慢慢熬煮20分
钟, 加盖,等30分钟,再煮15分钟。
待冷。
2 取2个量米杯的量,再加1½杯白米和
½ 杯燕 麦入饭锅煮熟。
(乙)调味料:橄榄油 1 茶匙、酱油 ½ 茶匙、
海盐 ½茶匙、 G粉 ¼ 茶匙
( 丙)作法:
1 凤梨肉切丁,毛豆煮熟,包菜切
2x3cm 小片。
2 把1 放入镬中,加入橄榄油炒熟,倒进
养生黑饭,加调味料拌炒。
1 Pineapple Black Rice (3 adults & 1 7yr old child)
(A) Ingredients:pineapples 1 slice
maodou 25g cabbage 25g
herbal rice
* herbal rice cooking method:
1 Shudi 50g, heshouwu 50g & gancao 1
slice —boil with 3 bowls of water
(small fire) for 20min. Cover for ½ hr, boil
again for 15min. Let cool.
2 Take 2 rice cups of it and cook with 1½
bowls of red rice & white rice, plus ½ cup
of oat.
(B) Seasoning: olive oil 1 tsp
black soy sauce ½ tsp
sea salt ½ tsp
G-powder ¼ tsp
(C) Method:
1 Cut pineapple into cubes, boil maodou,
Cut cabbage into 2x3cm stripes.
2 Put 1 into wok, add oilive oil and stir fry,
pour in herbal black rice, add seasoning and stir.
